A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING SPECIFICATION NO. 153, FOR THE DRILLING OF ONE WATER WELL,
AND THE DEVELOPING AND TESTING THEREOF FOR THE CITY OF VERNON,
CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

section 1. That Specification NO. 153 submitted by
7 Walter B. Hollingsworth, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, to
8 the City Council for the drilling of one water well and the de-
9 veloping and testing thereof for the City, is hereby approved as
10 the specifications for the drilling of the said well and the de-
11 velopment and testing thereof for the City of Vernon, california.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
13 hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and
14 thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
15 effect.
