2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OJ!' THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
CITY ENGINEER PLANS NO. B4B-1138.

4 THE 01 TY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That the Engineer's drawings of the City of Vernon desig-
6 nated as plans No. B4B-1138 for installation of 8" water main in
7 Irvingii:efi street from the south property line of 38th street to
8 135 feet southerly thereof be " and the same are hereby adopted
9 as the plans and specifications for the doing of said work and
10 improvement.
11 The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to
12 the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
13 same shall be in full force and effect.
