THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND PRESCRIBING NOTICE TO BE

THE CI TY OF VERN ON .

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That the Los Angeles Daily Journal is a daily news-
paper of general circulation within the city of vernon.
That the notice of hearing on the petition for variance
of the Bethlehem Pacific Coast steel c'orporation be noticed by
publication for three days prior to the date upon which said pe-
tition is set for hearing, and within the week within which said
hearing is to be held.
That the ':l to day of ~ ' 1951, at the hour
of M.' /C)t') 0 I cloek E.:... M., in the council Chambers of the City
council in the City Hall, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, in
the city of Vernon, is the time fixed for the hearing on said
petition for a variance.
