1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SETTLEMEN T FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THOMAS MURRAY.

3 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
4 THAT WHEREAS, Thomas MUrray, on or about the 16th day
5 of September, 1950, ran his automobile into a fire hydrant,
6 and
7 WHEREAS, the damage to the City of Vernon amounted to
8 the sum of .355.~n, and
9
WHEREAS, Thomas MUrray has agreed to pay the same:
10 NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Vernon
11 acknowledges receipt of Fifty Five DOllars ($55.00) from said
12 Thomas Murray, and agrees to withhold suit on said balance of
13 the claim as long as Thomas MUrray pays the sum of not less
14 than $5.00 per week to the City of Vernon until the balance of
15 said claim is paid.
16 The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to
17 the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
