RESOLUTION NO. In. 7
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ADOPTING
THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL DEFENSE MAS'I'ER MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT.

3 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
4 WHEREAS, EARL WARREN, Governor of the state of Cali-
5 fornia, on the 15th day of November, 1950, executed the California
6 Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf
7 of the Stat e of california and all its Departments and Agencies;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of vernon
9 does, by resolution, hereby approve and agree to abide by said
10 california Civil Defense Master MUtual Aid Agreement; and the
11 Clerk of this council is hereby authorized and directed to send
12 two certified copies of this resolution to the state Disaster

Council for filing with said state Disaster council.
