1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING THE
FILING FEE UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 640.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNONOOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That there shall be a filing fee for the filing of a
Petition under ordinance No. 640, and a filing fee for filing
Notice of APpeal under said ordinance, and that the fee for fil-

ing a Petition under said ordinance shall be $150.00, payable
to the City Clerk before the filing of said petition, and the
sum of $150.00, which shall be payable to the city o'lerk before
the filing of any Notice of APpeal under said ordinance.
The a1 ty elerk of the Oi ty of Vernon shall certify to
the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
