A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
WORK OF ELECTRIC 'AND MACHINERY SERVICE, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, under date of April 17, 1951, a contract
was awarded to Electric and Machinery service, Inc., for the do-
ing of work and furnishing of materials as specified in said con-
tract and Specifications NO. 154, and
WHEREAS, W. B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the city
of Vernon, represents that said work is fully completed and that
said material has been fully supplied,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED:
Section 1. That Electric and Machinery Service, Inc.
has completed, in a satisfactory manner, the furnishing, installa-
tion, and delivery of traffic control signals to the City of
Vernon, as provided in their contract dated April 17, 1951, and
in accordance with Specifications No. 154, at the intersection of
Sote Street and Fruitland Avenue, and Leonis Boulevard and Boyle
Avenue, respectively, and that said work is hereby accJpted.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
