RESOLUTION NO. 153l
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 155 FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERY TO THE
2 CITY OF VERNON OF ONE NEW MOTOR TRUCK AND ACCESSORIES.
3 THE CITY COu~CIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
4 That Specifications NO. 155 submi tted by W. B. HOlling-
5 worth, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, to the City Council
6 for the furnishing and delivery to the City of Vernon of one new
7 motor truck and accessories, for use by the Street Department of
8 said City, is hereby approved.
9 The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice invit-
10 lng sealed proposals or bids to be furnished to the city of vernon,
11 california, at the office of the City Clerk of said city, at the
12 City Hall, 4305 santa Fe Avenue, Vernon, california, until the
13 hour of 2:00 O'clock P. M. of June 19, 1951, for the furnishing
14 and delivery to the City of Vernon of one new motor truck and
15 accessories in accordance with specifications herein approved.
16 The City Clark of the City of Vernon shall certify to
17 the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
18 same shall be in full force and effect.
