RESOLUTI ON NO. 1537
1 A RESOLUTION OF rillE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
PLA-l'f AND PROFILE DESIGNATED "CITY ENGINEER'S DRAWING NO. A4-1152"

3 THE CITY COlJ""NCIL OF THE CI TY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
4 THAT WHEREAS, the city Engineer has been requested to
5 report on t1).e grading and oiling of 26th street from the easterly
6 City limits of said city to a point approximately 2059 feet
7 westerly thereof, and
8 '~REAS, the City Engineer has investigated said street
9 and recommends that said street be graded and oiled in accordance
10 with the plan and Profile of said Engineer'S Drawing No. A4-l152,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Vernon
12 hereby approves Plan and Profile and City Engineer'S Drawing
13 A4-1l52 for the doing of said work.
14 The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to
15 the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
16 the same shall be in full force and
