A RESOLUTION OF 'fHE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
DRAWING .AND PLANS NO. B5-1145 FOR FENCE, RETAINING WALL .AND CURB
AT WELL No.9,. PlnIPING PLANT No.3, CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL <F '!'HE OITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT WHEREAS, Walter B. Hollingworth, City Englneer of
the City of Vernon, has presented to the City Counoil of the (Tit,.
of Vernon, Drawing and plans No. B5-1145, for approval, which plana
have been approved by the City Engineer of the Oi ty of Vernon,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That Drawing No. B5-1145 submi tt ed by walter
B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the City of vernon, to the City
Council of said city, for the installation of fence, retaining
wall and curbs at Well No.9, pumping plant No.3, Water Depart-
ment of the City of Vernon, be, and they are hereby, approved.
Section 2. The Ci ty c~erk of the Oi ty of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
