A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
3 SPEOIFICATIONS NO. 161 AND DRAWINGS NO. Al-1171 PREPARED BY THE
CITY ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE OITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT WHEREAS, Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of
the City of Vernon, has presented to the City Council of the City

of Vernon, Specifications for a sanitary sewer in Soto Street,

Specifications No. 161 and Drawings and Plans No. Al-117l accom-
panying said specifications, for approval, which specifications,
drawings and plans have been approved by the Oity Engineer of the
City of Vernon for the constructions of an eight (8) inch sanitary
sewer in the west side of Soto Street from 6.98 feet north of

the center line of 46th Street to 321.98 feet north of the center
line of 46th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That Specifications No. 161, together with
Section 1.

the plan and profile of the City Engineer, Drawings No. Al-1171
submitted by Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the City of
Vernon, to the City Council of said city, for the installation of

a sanitary sewer, as above set forth, be and they are hereby
22
approved.

Section 2.
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
