A RESOLWl'ION OF THE CrfY COUNCIL OF THE Crry OF VERNON
A.UTHORIZINGTHE ISSUA.NCE OF.. A REPORT CLEARING THE ACCOUNTS
OF GILBERT A. ,ANDERSON TO THE 30th DAY OF JUNE, 1951.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES R1!SOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New
York carried a public official bond upon Gilbert A. Ande~son,
being bond No. 1486340 covering his services as Deputy City
Clerk to May 5, 1950 and his services as City Clerk since
said date; and
WHEREAS, said Company desires a certificate of
.
Clearance of Accounts on said bond and city official;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized to eKecute a certificate of Clearance of Acoounts
to said Insurance Company covering the said City Official to
and ino1uding the 30th day of June, 1951, being the date to
which the books of said official were audited by Haskins ~
Sells, Public Accountants.
Section 2.
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is

hereby direeted.to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and ..thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
