A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
3 SPECIFICATIONS No. 162 PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHALT
CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND APPURTENANCES IN THE CITY HALL YARD AT
4 4305 SANTA FE A VENUE, VERNON, CALIFORNIA.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That Specification No. 162 submitted by
Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, to
provide for the construction and completion in a satisfactory

and workmanlike manner, asphalt concrete pavement and appurten-
ances in City Hall Yard., 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, in the City of
Vernon, California, as shown on City Engineer's drawing Plan
No. B5-1l77, is hereby approved as the specifications for the
construction and completion of the work described in said speci-

fications and drawings.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and Approved this 5th day of February, 1952.
