A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
ESTABLISHING A POLLING PLACE, APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS
TO CONDUCT A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD APRIL 8,
1952, AND FIXING THEIR COMPENSATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.
That at a general Municipal election to

be held in the City of Vernon, California, April 8, 1952, there
will be one voting precinct for the purpose of holding said
election, designated voting precinct 1 and consisting of the
regular election precinct established in the City of Vernon for
holding State or County elections, and the polling place shall
be at the Lobby of Vernon City Hall, 4305 Santa Fe Avenue,

Section 2.
That the e1eotion officers to conduct
said General Municipal election to be held on Tuesday, April 8,
1952, in the City of Vernon, California, are hereby appointed

and designated as follows:
Inspector:
(1) Violet Woodworth
(1) Rose Hopcroft
(2) Leila L. Albrecht
Jessie Henderson
Judge:
Clerks:

Each of said election officers aforementioned being an elector
and residing in the City of Vernon, and the compensation of
said election officers shall be $12.00 for his or her services

at said election.
Section 3. That the polls shall be open between the
hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 7:00 o'clock p.m. on said 8th
day.of April, 1952.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution,
