A RESOLUTION OF THE crry COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON A.cCEPTING
3 TWO THREE-WAY PM RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS FURNISHED BY THE
RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA, (RCA VICTOR DIVISION).

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

6 THAT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon
7 did heretofore on the 16th day of October, 1951 enter into a
8 oontract with the Radio Corporation of America (RCA Victor
9 Division) for the furnishing and installing in accordance with
10 Specifications #159 of two three-way FM Radio Communication
11 Systems; and
12 WHEREAS, the Radio Corporation of America (RCA Victor
13 Division) has furnished and installed said three-way FM Radio
14 Communication Systems in accordance with the said contract and
15 Specifications; and
16 WHEREAS, Carl A. Heinze, Consulting Engineer, and Walter
17 B. Hollingworth, City Engineer, have examined and inspected the
18 installation of said systems and recommend that the same be
19 accepted by the City,
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1. That the furnishing and delivery to the Ci~
of Vernon of two three-way FM Radio Communication Systems in
23
accordance with the above referred to specifications and contract
be, and the same are hereby accepted as completed in accordance
with the terms of said contract.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the Ci~ of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage or this resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same Sh;}~ be in ~~~rce
