RESOLUTION NO. 1592
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 164 NOW ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
CLERK OF THE CITY OF VERNON, OALIFORNIA, FOR THE FURNISHING AND
DELIVERY OF ONE NEW DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMPING UNIT FOR WATER
WELL NO. 11
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Specifications No. 164 submitted by W. B. Holling-
worth, City Engineer of the City of Vernon, for the furnishing
and delivery to the City of Vernon of one new deep well turbine
pumping unit for Water Well No. 11 in accordance with the City
of Vernon Specifications No. 164, now on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Vernon, California, be, and they are
hereby, approved.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice invit-
ing sealed proposals or bids to be furnished to the Oity of Vernon,
California, at the office of the City Clerk of said City, at the
Oity RaIl, 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, Vernon, California, until the
hour of 2:00 o'clock P: M. of May 20, 1952, for the furnishing and
delivery to the City of Vernon of one new deep well turbine pumping
unit for Water Well No. 11 in accordance with Specifications No.
164 herein approved.
The C~ty Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to

the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the

same shall be in full force and effect.
