A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'l'Y OF VERNON APPOINTING
THE CITY CLERK AS THE OFFICER OF THE CITY TO MAKE AND FILE THE
ANNUAL REPORTS WITH THE OFFICE OF THE STATE CONTROLLER AS
REQUIRED BY SECTION 2151 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'l'Y OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That, G. A. ANDERSON, City Clerk of the
9 City of Vernon be, and he is hereby, appointed as the officer
10 of the City of Vernon to file the annual report with the State
11 Controller as required by Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways
12 Code of the State of California.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and there-
