RESOLUTION No. 1594
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINT-
3 ING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE DIRECTORATE OF THE CENTRAL BASIN
WATER ASSOCIATION.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That R. J. Furlong, Mayor of the City of
7 Vernon, be and he is hereby appointed official representative
8 of the City of Vernon to serve on the directorate of the Central
9 Basin Water Association.
Section 2. That in the event R. J. Furlong fails or
11 is unable to attend said meetings of the directors of the Central
12 Basin Water Association, then and in that event W. B. Hollingworth,
13 City Engineer of the City of Vernon, is hereby designated as the
14 official alternate representative of the City of Vernon.

Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
16 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and there-
17 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
