1 RESOLUTION NO. 1595
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 165 PROVIDING FOR THE RESURFACING OF FRUITLAND
3 AVENUE FROM PACIFIC BOULEVARD TO DOWNEY ROAD IN THE CITY OF VERNON,
CALIFORNIA, WITH PREMIX ROCK AND OIL PAVEMENT.

THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That Specifications No. 165 submitted by
7 Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the City of Vernon,
8 providing for the resurfacing of Fruitland Avenue from Paciflc
9 Boulevard to Dovmey Road in the City of Vernon, California, with
10 premix rock and oil pavement, are hereby approved as the specifi-
11 cations for the resurfacing and completion of the work descrlbed
12 in said specifications.

Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
