3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF vERNON DIRECTING
THE GIVING OF NOTICE TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR OF THE EXTERIOR
4 BOUNDARIES OF EACH TAX DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1:
The City Clerk is hereby directed to
8 notify the Auditor's Office of the County of Los Angeles, on
9 or before the first Monday in July, 1952, a description of the
10 exterior boundaries of each district or portion of the City of
11 Vernon in which a rate of taxation is to be levied which is
12 different from the rate to be levied in any other distr1ct or
13 portion of the city.

Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
15 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
16 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
17 Adopted and approved this 1st day of July, 1952.
