RESOLUTION No. 1606
3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON REJECTING
ALL BIDS FOR DOING WORK UNDER SPECIFICATIONSLNO. 164 OF SAID CITY.

5 THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That all bids received for doing the work
7 and furnishing the materials called for in Specifications No.
8 164 approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon by Resolu-
9 tion No. 1592 are hereby rejected.

Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
11 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
12 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
13 Adopted and approved this 1st day of July, 1952.
