3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESCINDING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 164 AND RESOLUTION No. 1592 APPROVING SAID
4 SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED ON MAY 6, 1952.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON OOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

7 WHEREAS, bids have been received under Specification
8 No. 164 and all bids were rejected in accordance with Resolu-
9 tion No. 1606; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon
11 advises that Specifications No. 164 were not satisfactory for
12 the work intended to be required thereunder;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That Specifications No. 164 and Resolu-
15 tion No. 1592 approving the same are hereby rescinded.
16
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
17 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
18 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
19 Adopted and approved this 1st day of J~y, 1952.
