RESOLUTION NO. 1622

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
3 AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER MONIES FROM THE
"1911 MUNIOIPAL IMPROVEMENT FUND" AND THE "ACQUISITION AND IMPROVE-
4 MENT NO. 1 FUND" TO THE "GENERAL FUND" .

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

7 WHEREAS, the interest and principal due on the "1911
8 Municipal Improvement Fund Bonds" issued by the City of Vernon
9 has been fully paid and said bonds have been retired; and
10 WHEREAS, there is in said fund the sum of $2,370.93
11 which should be transferred to the "General Fund" of said City; and
12 WHEREAS, the interest and principal due on the "Acquisi-
13 tion and Improvement No. 1 Fund Bonds" issued by the City of
14 Vernon has been fully paid and said bonds have been retired; and
15 WHEREAS, there is in said fund the sum of $138.99 which
16 should be transferred to the "General Fund" of said City;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
19 and directed to transfer from the "1911 Municipal Improvement
20 Fund" the sum of $2,370.93, to the "General Fund" of said City,
21 and is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the
22 "Acquisition and Improvement No. 1 Fund" the sum of $138.99 to
23 the "General Fund" of said City.

Section 2:
The City Clerk is hereby directed to

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
