A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER MONIES FROM THE
"WATER DEPARTMENT OPERATING FUND" TO THE "WATER DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND".

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the "Water Department Construction Fundft is
in need of $150,000.00 to carry out its construction work as
approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, there is available in the nWaterDepartment
Operating Fundft the sum of $150,000.00 which it is advisable to

use for the purpose aforesaid;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved:
Section 1:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and instructed to transfer the sum of $150,000.00 from the ftWater
Department Operating Fund" to the *water Department Construction
~tindn of the City of Vernon.
Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereafter it shall
be in full force and effect.
