A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AMENDING
3 SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 1625 TO ESTABLISH GRADES AND SALARIES FOR
ENGINEER'S AIDS.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon recom-
7 mends that five grades be established for Engineer's Aids, and
8 that monthly salaries be established for each grade.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That Section 3 of said salary Resolution
11 No. 1625 be amended to establish the following grades and com-
12 pensations for Engineer's Aids, to wit:
13 Engineer's Aid - Grade 1 - $ 425.00 per month

Engineer's Aid - Grade 2 - 400.00 per month
Engineer's Aid - Grade 3 - 375.00 per month
Engineer's Aid - Grade 4 - 350.00 per month
Engineer's Aid - Grade 5 - 325.00 per month

Section 2: That all other provisions of Resolution
20 No. 1625, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force

and effect.
