RESOLUTION No. 1655

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
3 SPECIFICATIONS NO. 170 AND PLAN NO. Al-123l FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN EIGHT INCH SANITARY SEWER IN THE WEST SIDE OF SOTO STREET
4 IN SAID CITY.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct additional sewer
7 facilities on the west side of Soto Street in the vicinity of
8 46th Street, in the City of Vernon; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and
10 specifications for said work;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That Specifications No. 170 and Plan No.
Al-123l submitted by Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of

the City of Vernon, to the City Council for the furnishing and
installation of an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer in the west side
of Soto Street from 321.98 feet north of the center line of 46th
Street (west) to 674.78 feet north of the center line of 46th
18
Street (west), are hereby approved as the Specifications and Plans
19

for the above described work.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is hereby
21
directed to certify to the passage of this resolution and there-
upon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.

Adopted and Approved this 3rd day of March, 1953.
