A RESOLUTION OF THE OITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 173 AND ENGINEER'S DRAWINGS NOS. A3-1245,
Al-1246 and B4B-1247 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 46TH STREET BETWEEN
BOYLE AVENUE AND ALCOA AVENUE IN SAID CITY.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, it is necessary to improve 46th Street in the

City of Vernon between Boyle Avenue and Alcoa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared or approved
plans and specifications for said work;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES OLVED:

Section l:
That the following Specifications and
Plans, submitted by Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer of the
13 I City of Vernon, be, and the same are hereby approved as the
14
15
specifications and plans for the improvement of 46th Street be-
tween Boyle Avenue and Alcoa Avenue in said City of Vernon:
Specifications No. 173 for the improvaMent of 46th Street;
Engineer's Drawing No. A3-1245, consisting of two sheets,
giving the pavement plan and profile,
and establishing the grade of said street;
Engineer's Drawing No. Al-1246, consisting of one sheet,
giving the sanitary sewer plan and
profile;
Engineer's Drawing No. B4B-1247, consisting of one sheet,
giving the water main plan and profile.

Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
