A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
3 SPECIFICATIONS NO. 175 FOR ONE NEw TRIPLE COl1BINATION PUMPING
ENGINE AIID ACCESSORIES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WIillREAS, it is necessary to provide the Fire Depart~
ment of the City of Vernon with a new triple combination pumping

engine and accessories; and

WHEREAS, L. C. Husted, Fire Chief of the City of
Vernon presented Specifications No. 175 to the City Council of
the City of Vernon on September 5, 1953 for consideration by

said City Council; and

WHEREAS, said Specifications are now on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Vernon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That Specifications No.175 submitted by

L. C. Husted, Fire Chief of the City of Vernon be, and the same
are hereby approved as the Specifications for the furnishing of
one new triple combination pumping engine and accessor1~s.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and Approved this 6th day of October, 1953.
