PAINTING, AND DELIVERY COMPLETE IN PLACE, INCLUDING GRADING AND FOUNDATIONS, OF FIVE (5) WELDED STEEL WATER STORAGE 4 RESERVOIRS OF APPROXIMATELY ONE MILLION GALLONS CAPACITY EACH FOR THE OITY OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA, IN AOCORDANCE WITH ENGINEER'S SPEC 1- 5 FICATIONS NO. 171. 6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 7 Section 1.
