RESOLUTION NO. 1695

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS, Max Goldring and Tillie Goldring has granted
8 to the City of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with right of
9 access, in, over, along and across a strip of land situated in
10 the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
11 being the northerly fifty (50) feet of the west half of Lot 17,
12 uno. R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots, as per map recorded in
13 Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
14 Los Angeles County, California;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1:
That the City Oouncil of the City of

Vernon hereby accepts the aforesaid grant and easement, together
with the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording
of said easement grant with the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, Gal ifornia.

Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
