A RESOLUTION OF TrlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
3 A GRANT FROM TROPICAL HARDWOOD COMPANY TO A PORTION OF LOTS
FOURTEEN AND FIFTEEN, JNO. R . TAYLOR'S VERNON AVENUE VILLA LOTS,
4 ASPER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 42 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE COUNTY RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

~REAS, TROPICAL HARDWOOD CON~ANY, a corporation, has

granted to the City or Vernon a right-or-way and easement with
right or access, in, over, along and across a strip of land
situated in the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, being the northerly fifty (50) feet of Lots Fourteen
and Fifteen (14 & 15), Jno. R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots,
as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the Office of

the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Calirornia;
NOil, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Tha t the City Council of the Oity of

Vernon hereby accepts the aforesaid grant and easement, together
with the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording
of said easement grant with the County Record~r of Los Angeles
County, California.

The City Clerk of the City a: Vernon shall
