A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
A GRANT',FROlVilFRANK C .DRESMAN AND lYlELVIN E. DRES!VJAN TO A PORTION
OF LOT 13, JNO. R. TAYLOR'S VERNON AVENUE VILLA LOTS, AS PER MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 42 OF MAPS, IN TEE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLONS:

WHEREAS, Frank C. Dresman and Melvin E. Dresma~, have

granted to the City of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with
9
right of access, in, over, along and across a strip of land
situated in the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, being the northerly fifty (50) feet of the east half
of Lot 13, Jno. R. Taylor's Vernon A.venueVilla Lots, as per map
recorded in Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California;
NO" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1:
That the City Council of the, City of
Vernon hereby accepts the aforesaid grant and easement, together
wi th the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording
of said easement grant with the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California.
Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
