RESOLUTION NO. l698
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEP TING
3 A GRANT FROM J.S. NICHOLSON AND VIOLET NICHOLSON TOA PORTION
OF LOT l3, JNO.R. TAYLOR'S VERNON AVENUE VILLA LOTS, AS PER MAP
4 RECORDED IN BO.OK 4, PAGE 42 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFIOE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

6 THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CI'rY Oil' VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOViS:
7 1f.HEREAS, J. S.Nicholson and Violet Nicholson, have
8 granted to the City of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with
9 right of access, in, over, along and across a strip of land
10 situated in the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of
11 California, being the northerly fifty (50) feet of West half of
12 Lot 13, Jno. R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots, as per map
13 recorded in Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the office of the County
14 Recorder of Los Angeles County, California;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of

Section 1:
17 Vernon hereby accepts the aforesaid grant and easement, together
18 with the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording
19 of said easement grant with the COl.lllty Recorder of Los Angeles
20 County, California.

Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
22 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
23 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
