A RESOLUTION OF THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
3 A. GRANT FROM VERNON PAVING COMPANY TO A PORTION OF LOT 11, JNO.
R. . TAYLOR'S VERNON AVENUE VILLA LOTS, ASPER MAP RECORDED IN
4 BOOK 4, PAGE 42 OF :tilAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE: COUNTY RECORDER OF
LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.::
7 WHEREAS, Vernon Paving Company, a corporation, has
8 granted to the City of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with
9 right of access, in, over, along and across a strip of land
10 situated in the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of
11 California, being the northerly fifty (50) feet of Lot 11, Jno.
12 R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots, a..s per map recorded in
13 Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
14 Los Angeles County, California;
