A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIrE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
A GRANT FROM GLOSTEX CHEMICALS INC., TO A PORTION OF LOT 10,
mO.R.TAYLOR'S VERNON AVENUE VILLA LOTS, AS PER MAP RECORDED
IN BOOK 4, PAGE 42 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'rEm CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Glostex Chemicals Inc., a corporation, has

granted to the City of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with
right of access, in, over, along and across a strip of land
situated in the City of Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of
Californili, being the northerly fifty (50) feet of Lot 10, Jno.
12 R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots, as per map recorded in
13 Book 4, Page It2 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
14 Los Angeles County, California;

NOW, THEREFORE:, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1:
Tha t the Ci ty Council of the City of

Vernon hereby accepts the aforesaid grant and easement, together
18 with the property conveyed thereby, and directs the recording
19
of sai'd easement grant with the County Hecorder of Los Angeles
20 County, California.

Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
22 shall cert:tf;Ato the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
23 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
