7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
8 WHEREAS, John B. Leonis, Jr., has granted to the City
9 of Vernon a right-of-way and easement with right of access, in,
10 over, along and across a strip of land situated in the City of
11 Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being the
12 southerly 1'i:fteen (15) 1'eet of the northerly fi1'ty (50) feet of
13 Lot 16, Jno. R. Taylor's Vernon Avenue Villa Lots, as per map
14 recorded in Book 4, Page 42 of Maps, in the office 01' the County
