A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 176 PROVIDING FOR THE FURNISHING A.ND .Il'fSTA.L~-
TION OF DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMP, ELECTRIC MOTOR, AND APPURTENANCES
FOR WELL NO.7 OF THE CITY OF VERNON WATER DEPARTMENT.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, repairs to Well No. 7 have been completed and

it is necessary to provide a deep well turbine pump, electric
motor driving unit and appurtenances for said well; and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications
No. 176 providing for the rurnishing and installation or one well
10

turbine pump, electric motor, and appurtenances for Water Well
No. 7 of the City of Vernon Water Department, and recommends the
approval thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That Specifications No. 176 be, and the
16 same are hereby approved as the Specifications for providing ror
17 the furnishing and installation of one (1) deep well turbine
18 pump, electric motor, and appurtenances for Water Well No. 7
19 located in the City Hall Yard at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, in the
20 City or Vernon.

Section 2: The City Clerk of the City or Vernon shall
22 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
23 thereafter the same shall be in fUll force and effect.
