A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 177 PROVIDING FOR THE FURNISHING AND INSTALLA-
TION OF ONE DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMP, ELECTRIC MOTOR, AND APPUR~
TENANCES FOR WATER WELL NO. 13 OF THE CITY OF VERNON WATEIl

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide a deep well tur-
bine pump, electric motor, and appurtenances for Water Well No.
13 in the City of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications

No. 177 providing for the furnishing and installation of one (1)
deep well turbine pump, electric motor, and appurtenances for
Water Well No. 13 of the City of Vernon Water Department, and
recommends the approval thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1:
That Specifications No. 177 be, and the
same are hereby approved as the specifications for providing
for the furnishing and installation of one (l) deep well turbine
pump, electric motor, and appurtenances for Water Well No. 13
located in yard of Pumping Plant No.3, at 3385 Fruitland Avenue,
in the City of Vernon.
Section 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
