ING A POLLING PLACE, APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS TO CONDUCT, A
4 GENERAL MUNICIPA.L ELECTION TO BE HEW APRIL 13, 1954, AND FIX:rNG
THEIR COMPENSA.TION.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1:
That at a general Municipal election to
8 be held in the City of Vernon, California, April 13, 1954, there
9 will be one voting precinct for the purpose of holding said
10 election, designated voting preoinct 1 and consisting of the
11 regular election precinct established in the City of Vernon for
12 holding State or County elections, an.d the polling place shall
13 be at the Lobby of Vernon City Hall, 4305 Santa Fe Avenue,
14 Vernon, California.

Section 2:
That the election officers to conduct
16 said General Municipal election to be held on Tuesday, April 13,
17 1954, in the City of Vernon, California, are hereby appointed
18 and designated as follows:

Judge: (1) Rose Hopcrort
Clerks: (2) Leila L. Albreoht

Each or said election officers aforementioned being an elector
and residing in the City of Vernon, and the compensation of said
election officers shall be $12.00 for his or her services at

said election.
Section 3:
That the polls shall be open between the
hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 7:00 o'clock p.m. on said 13th
day of April, 1954.
Section 4:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
