THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 1727,
rejected all bids received on December 15, 1953 for the construct-
ion of FireStatlon No.2, with Tower and Appurtenances, at 3375
Fruitland Avenue, in accordance with Specifications No. 114 and
Plan. No. B14-127.5, Sheets 1 to 7 inclusive, S-l to S-4 inclusive,

E~l and M-l, dated NOvember 12, 1953 which were prepared for the
City >by Albert C. Martin and Associates, Architects and Engineers ;
and
WHERE.A.S,t~eCity Council instru.cted that saidspecifi-
cations and Plans be revised by Albert C. Martin and Associates;
and
WHEREAS, Walter B. Hollingworth, City Engineer, bas
recommended to the City Council under date of April 5, 1954 that
the revised Specifications and Plans as, submitted by Albert C.
Martin and Assoc,iates be approved;
NOW,THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Addenda No.1 and No. 2 to said specifications, dat,ed December 9,
1953 and March 15, 1954 respectively,> and Plan No. B14-l275,

March 15, 1954 and Sheets No.2, 3, 4, 6, 7, S-l, S-2, S-3, and
