In connection vlith widening and hnpl'ovement of Dovmey Road by Los Angeles County Road Department, the County has acquired for street purposes the 20 foot strip covered by agreement above referred to, under Los Angeles County Superior Court Case 582568, :8'inal Order of Condenma tion ds.ted September 25, 1953. There is attached hereto letter from Union Pacific Railroad Company, dated October 22, 1953, together with duplicate originals, for exec1Jtion, of TeI'mination Eider. Inasmuch as the agreement for use of the crossing is no longer effective because the area is a pl).blic street, it is recommended that the rrermination Rider be executed on the part of the City of Vernon as requested by the Union Pacific Hailroad C ompan~r .
