RESOLUTION NO. 1789

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 179 AND CITY ENGINEER'S
DRAWINGS I PLANS NOS. A1-1295AND B4B-1296 FOR THE CON-
4 STRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF AN 8-INCH SANITARY SEWER
AND AN 8-INCH CAST IRON WATER MAIN1 TOGETHER WITH NECES-
5 SARY APPURTENANCES1 IN 27TH STREET (A PRIVATE STREET)
WESTERLY EXTENSION IN TRACT NO. 1561 FROM EAST LINE OF
6 TRACT NO. 1561 TO 889.63 FEET WESTERLY, IN THE CITY OF VERNON.
7 THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
8 WHEREAS, it is necessary that an 8-inch sanitary sewer and
9 an 8-inch cast iron water main,. together with necessary appurtenances,
10 be installed in 27th Street (a private street), in said City;. and
11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications No.
12 179 and City Engineerts Drawings, Plans Nos. Al~1295 and B4B-1296
13 for the construction and insta.llation of .said work" and recommends
14 approval thereof;
15 NOW I THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 179 and City Engineer's
17 Drawings,. Plans Nos. AI-1295 and B4B-12.96 be, and the same are hereby
18 approved a.s the specifications and plans for the construction and instaUa-
19 tion of an 8 -inch sanitary sewer and an 8-inch cast iron water main, to-
20 gether with necessary appurtenances,. in 27th Street (a private street)
21 westerly extension in Tract No. 1561 from east line of Tract No. 1561 to
22 889.63 feet westerly,. in the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of ~he City of Vernon shall

certify to the pass.age of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
