A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 182 AND CITY ENGINEER'S
DRAWING. PLAN NO. B5-1318 .FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE"
4 RETAINING WALL" CURB AND. 50TH STREET REMODELING AT
PUMPING pLANT NO.3, WELL NO. 13, IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCn:.... OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS., A. W. Phillips, City Engineer of the City of
Vernon.. has presented to the City Council of the City of Vernon, Specifi-
cations No. 182 and City Engineer's: Drawing.. plan No. B5-1318, and
recommends approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary in connection with the
development of Pumping Plant No.3 at Well No. 13 on the south side of
50th street.. approximately 715 feet west of the centerline of Downey
Road.. to complete certain improvements as shown in said Specifications
and Engineer's Drawing. for the safe and orderly operation of said Well;
NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 182 and City
18 Engineer's Drawing, Plan No. B5-1318. for the construction ora fence..
19 retaining wall, curb and 50th Street remodeling at Pumping Plant No.3,
20 Well No. 13,. in the City of Vernon be.. and the same are hereby approved.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
22 certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and therea.fter the
23 same shall be in full force and effect.
24 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of December, 1954.
