A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 184 AND CITY ENGINEER'S
DRAWING# PLAN NO. B5-1323 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE
AND ASPHALT CONCR.ETE PAVEMENT AT WELL NO. II, PUMPING
PLANT NO. I, IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, A. W. Phillips, City Engineer of the City of

Vernon, has presented to the City Council of said City with his letter of
December 29, 1954$ Specifications No. 184 and City Engineer's Drawing,
Plan No. B5-1323 and recommends approval thereof; and
WHEREAS., it is deemed necessary that a fence be constructed
at Well No. II, Pumping Plant No.1 and that asphalt concrete pavement
four (4) inches thick be constructed at the well site which is located on

City Hall grounds near westerly boundary, in accordance with said Draw-

ing, Plans and Specifications, for the safe and orderly operation of said
16
Well;

NOW; THEREFORE# BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 184 and City Engineer's
19 Drawing, Plan No. B5-1323, for the construction of a fence and asphalt
20 concrete pavement at Pumping Plant No.1, Well No. 11, in the City of
21 Vernon be, and the same are hereby approved.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 4th day of January, 1955.
