A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
ACCEPTING AN .EASEMENT FROM GAUTIER LAND COMPANY TO A
PORTION OF .LOT B~ TRACT NO. 1561 FOR sANITARY SEWE.R AND
WATERLINE PURPOSES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RF$OLVESAS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS.. the Gautier Land Company has granted to the

City of Vernon an easement across a parcel of land being a portion of
Lob B.. Tract No. 1561 f.or sanitary sewer and water line purposes; and
WHEREAS, said description of land has been checked by
A. W. Phillips, City Engineer of the City of Vernon,. and said easement
has been approved as to form byCa.rson B. Hubbard,. City Attorney;

NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RF$OLVED:
SECTION 1: The City Council.of the City .of Vernon hereby
accepts the aforesaid Easement Deed.. together with the property conveyed
thereby, and directs the rec.ording of said Deed with the County Recorder
.of L.os Angeles County,. Calif.ornia.
S.ECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereup.onand thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 4th day of January.. 1955.
