THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLYESAS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, under da.te of Octo.ber 5, 1954 the City Council
o.f the City o.f Verno.nentered into a cantra.ct with James M.:M.o.ntgo.mery.
Co.nsultingEngineer,. to' design a.nd co.nstruct new pumping facilities at
PUlllpingPlants Nos. 2 and 3 in said City~ and
WHEREAS.A. W.Phillips. City Engineer, has presented
to. the City Cauncil with his letter af Janua.ry 12, 1955. a capy of Specifi-
catians No.. 183s .Plans Nas. 1 to 7, inclusive, and Addendum No.. 1 to
Specifica.tiansNo.. 18.3 as prepared by Ja.mesM. Montgamery.. Co.nsulting
Engineer, and re~ammends appraval thereaf;
NQW,THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Specificatians .Na. 183, tagether with
drawings ar plans numbered o.ne to. seven, inclusive,. and Addendum No..
1 to Specifica.tions No.. 183 be... and the same are hereby appro.ved a.s the
specifications and plans far furnishingmiscellaneo.uswaterworks materials
and equipment fo.r Cityo.f Vernon PumpingPIants No.s. 2 and 3;
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk af the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage o.f this resolutian and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
