APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 2: TO SPECIFICATIONS No. 183 FOR

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. under date of October 5, 1954 the City Council

of the CUyof Vernon entered into a contract with JamesM. Montgomery...
Consulting Engineer, to design and construct new pumping facilities at
9 Pumping Plants Nos. 2 and 3 in said City; and
10 WHEREAS, A. W.Phillips. City Engineer, has presented to
11 the City Council with his letter of February 1. 1955, a copy of Addendum
12 No. 2 to Specifications No. 183 as prepared by James M. Montgomery...
13 Consulting Engineer, and re.commends approval thereof;
14 NOWs THEREFOREs BE IT RESOLVED:

That Addendum No. 2: to Specifications No.
SECTION 1:
16 183 be... and the same are hereby approved as part of the specifications
17 and plans for furnishing miscellaneous water works materials and equip-
18 ment for City of Vernon Pumping}>lants Nos.. 2 and .3.

SECTION 2;
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
