JlontgomeryJ Consulting Engineer, to des:ign and construct new pumping facilities at Pumping Pl;mtsNos. 2 and 3 in said City; and WH.ER:&ASJ A. W. Phillips, City Engineers has presented to the City Council with his letter of February 10J 1955, a copy of Addendum No.3 to Specifications NQ. 183 as prepared by James M. Montgomery, Consulting EngineerJ and recommends approval thereof; 8 9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: SlSCTION 1 : That Addendum No. 3 to Specifications No. 183 be, and the same is hereby approved as part of the specifications and plans for furnishing miscellaneous waterworks materials and equip""' ment for City of Vernon Pumping Plants Nos. 2 and 3. SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be i.n full force and effect.
