APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FDRNISHrNG OF A 1000

FOR USE OF THE FIRE DEPAR.TME:NT OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS" under date of March Is 1955" .L. C. Husted"
Chief of the Fire Department of the City of Vernon.. presented to the
City CouncllSpecificatfons for the furnishing of a 1000 gallon per
minute Class ITA" triple combination pumper* and recommends approval
thereof;

NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications for a 1000 GalLon Per
13 Minute Class "A" Triple Combination.Pumpers as presented by Chief
14 L.C. Husted be" and the same is hereby approved for the fu.rnishin.g of'
15 pumping equipment of the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
17 certify to the passage of this res.olution and thereupon and thereafter
18 the sameshatl be in full force and effect.
