A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONT:aACT WITH BHEa FllEEJ4AN.,.
A LICENSED ARcHITECT.,. AND FIXING HIS FEES.
THE CITY COIDiCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS 1 the City Council of the City of Vernon finds it
advisable to build an annex to the present City HaUj and
WHEREAS", Breo Freeman., a licensed architects has beem
consulted with reference to the building of an amrex to the City Hally
together with certain modifications in the existing structure; and
WHEREAS", under date of April 14", 1955, Breo Free:Jmm submitted
to the City C$'tlncil of the City of Vernon a propoaed c.ontract f01;". the doing
of the arebitecturalwork in connection with the erection of an romex to the
present City Halls and the making Qf alterations to the present City Hall
and present fire station; and
WHEREAS" the City Council of the City of Vernon finds the termS'
of the said contract reasonable and equitable;
NOWI THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the proposed contract of Breo Freeman
dated April 14", 1955 be and the same is hereby approved", and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the same for and on behalf.

SECTION 2:
'rh.eCfty Cl~.rkof' the City of Vernon shall
certify to the pasaage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
Sallle shall btr in full force and effect.
